Living in Australia, I can’t leave the house without sunscreen. I’m always on the hunt for something that doesn’t have weird ingredients, doesn’t kill the reef, and has good packaging. Preferably something that isn’t plastic.
I may have finally found something that fits all the criteria.
With only a few natural ingredients, it’s chemical free, hypoallergenic, and they use tubes made from waterproof craft paper or aluminium. No plastic waste.
They have SPF 30 or 50, and a few other products, like soap, lip jelly and moisturizing cream. They even have bundle discounts, so you can try a few things and save on shipping. They only have 7 products on their site overall, so you know they’re hyper focused on delivering a quality product that they believe in.
If you click on the picture, it’s an affiliate link. It’ll take you to the Sky & Sol website, and it’ll give you a 10% discount for using the code Shrimptank. (and they’ll give me a little something too. Thanks for supporting this site by using it.)
Naturtint Permanent Hair Colour
NaturTint is free from:
Ammonia, resorcinol, parabens, cocamide DEA, silicones, paraffins, mineral oils, SLS and artificial fragrances.
With its low-chemical content, Naturtint is kinder to your hair and skin over traditional coloring products. Its plant-enriched formula helps maximize shine and color for up to 5 weeks. And it provides excellent gray coverage, too!
Naturtint is 100% vegan and cruelty-free. Phergal, the manufacturer, does not test products on animals.

I personally tested NaturTint on my overprocessed, bleached hair, and it was a winner. Check out the results in the video above.
You can find it in your local health food store, or oder it on Amazon.
